Tehuacana Creek Vineyards & Winery
We are a Texas winery located near Waco, Texas, about 100 miles south of Dallas, and just 100 miles north of Austin, Texas. TCV Winery is a family-owned boutique Texas winery making authentic Texas wines as well as a few exotic varieties of wine, such as Mulsum (from a 2,000 year old Roman recipe) and Swedish Glogg. In fact, we make over 18 different kinds of Texas wines, many of which are instant sellouts.
We started our operations in March of 1997 when we planted the first of four vineyards. Since then we have increased our plantings every year and we opened our winery to the public in 2006. Today we are offering a number of unique Texas wines for sale at the winery and an exciting Wine Club. We invite you to visit us for tours and tastings every day except Sunday.

Pillar Bluff Vineyards
SATURDAY & SUNDAY
Pillar Bluff Vineyards received its bonding license in 1999 and opened the tasting room in 2002. Currently, they are producing 1,200 to 1,400 cases each year.
The tasting room is delightfully small with a wood tasting counter. The Tuscan yellow walls provide a warm feeling. A number of gift items are available for purchase. These include Riedel glasses, wine bags, cheese trays, wine bottle carriers, picnic bags and wine bottle tags.
A gazebo outside of the tasting room provides a great location for events among the vines. Gill has music events scheduled for every second Saturday throughout the year. The winery also has a Celtic event every Solstice. The pavilion is the site for weddings and other private events. Gill related the most satisfying day he ever had. As he looked towards the large gazebo, two or three couples were enjoying themselves and someone spontaneously picked up a guitar and started playing. What more can one ask for than a delightful afternoon in a vineyard with the gentle sound of music?

Jeanne and Bob Cottle, Proprietors
Visitors are welcome to tour this countryside vineyard and winery. Tours begin and end in the carefully constructed barn at the top of the hill. Spend some time studying the corkscrew collection and winery artifacts. The tour will take you through the path of the grape as it makes the wondrous transformation from vine to fruit to wine. In the cellar, you will experience the sites and smells of the wine-making process. In the tasting room, you will be able to sample the results of the wine-growing. Please join us in the rolling hills of Brenham to taste the wine traditions of the Zaffiro and Macedonio families. Our gift shop offers wines and souvenirs for sale.

Inwood Estates
The business was established in 2004 and the winery built in 2005 which housed the first in-house crush. The 2003 and 2004 wines were custom crushed at Wales Manor Winery in McKinney, Texas where Mr. Gatlin served as winemaker for both vintages of Tempranillo-Cabernet. The 2003 Temp-Cab and the 2005 Palo-Chard were released August 1, 2006 to a great reception of restaurant customers in Texas' four largest cities: Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio.
