Waco Winery and Vineyards (formerly Tehuacana Creek)

We are a Texas winery located near Waco, Texas, about 100 miles south of Dallas, and just 100 miles north of Austin, Texas. Waco Winery is a family owned boutique Texas winery making authentic Texas wines as well as a few exotic varieties of wine.

We started our operations in March of 1997 when we planted the first of four vineyards.  Since then we have increased our plantings every year and we opened our winery to the public in 2006.   Today we are offering a number of unique Texas Wines for sale at the winery and an exciting wine club.  We invite you to visit us for tours and tastings every day except Sunday.

Wiseman House Chocolates

What makes our chocolates unique?

The answer is simple: real chocolate from origins such as Belgium and Venezuela, fresh ingredients like whipping cream and chopped fruits, natural flavors like crushed coffee beans, all combined with unique liqueurs and spices. We leave out added sugars, glutens, sodium nitrates, and trans fats. The result is a full rich flavor profile, smoother texture, and an indescribable taste.

Our fine handmade chocolates you will take you back in time, as you enjoy the same richness and flavor that inspired the Ancient Mayans to revere chocolate as the nectar of the gods.

Seifert Cellars

One the shores of sparkling Lake Ivie, just between the high plains and the hill country, we’re making wine for ourselves and our fellow Texans, with a sweetening start, and a tangy twist, and “just enough love from a Princess”.

We think that wine is like art, everyone has their own taste, and none is more right than another-only different.  With our Hot Texas summers lasting 8 months, give or take,– we realize that many of our fellow Texans prefer sweet or semi-sweet wine during this time.  Some folks in the industry may frown on this approach, but we’re from the school where “the customer is always right.”  So,– we hope to do just that—give our customers a choice of wines to drink, and let them decide what’s best.

P.S.  We make dry wines too!

Wine Tastings 2015 : Starlight, Sunset, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier.

Landon Winery

Following in the family tradition of his German grandfather in Missouri who made his own wine from grapes cultivated on his farm, our winemaking experience goes back to 1989 as vintner Bob Landon tried his hand at making wine in the basement of their Dutch Colonial home in Kansas City, Missouri. Fifteen years later in 2004 they started their winery business in Texas. We’ve come a long way since the basement winemaking experiments in small batches to now with our stainless steel tanks and American & French oak barrels to be a large Texas winery. Bob has earned over twenty five medals for his wines, all of which were received from International wine competitions.

Tastings available 2015 : Yellow Rose, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Tempranillo, Chocolate Finale.
