Fire Street Pizza is a mobile, wood-fired pizza trailer serving handcrafted, from scratch, naturally leavened wood fired pizza, fresh imaginative sides and craft drinks, serving the Belton, Temple and surrounding Central Texas areas.
By offering local ingredient selection and a fun mobile food unit atmosphere, Fire Street gives you a fresh, fired-up alternative to pizza.
Our flagship product features traditional, Neapolitan-style, delicate crust pizza baked in a blistering-hot, oak wood-fired pizza oven. The result is a lightly crisp, nicely chewy crust with a hint of smoke which allows the full flavor of the quality toppings to emerge.
Pilot Knob Vineyard encompasses 112 acres in the Texas Hill Country, just 2.5 miles west of US 183, 14 miles north of Liberty Hill and only 50 miles north of downtown Austin. Pilot Knob sits on the edge of a sweeping ridgeline, overlooking lightly treed rolling hills sloping downward with panoramic hill country views reaching as far as 15 miles. The terrain of the site provides gradual undulations, with elevations from 1,151 feet above sea level to 1,100 feet at its furthest southwest and southeast corners. Spring of 2011, our Tasting Room/Event Area was developed on the site, and the fruits of our labor (so to speak) are now being processed into a wine that can make Texas proud.

Joe Friddle. A transplanted Texan for almost 40 years, Joe was raised on the top of the last mountain in the Smoky Mountain Range in Birmingham, Alabama. Throughout his life Joe has sought ways to share his love for wildlife, the great outdoors, and the importance of strong grass root characters stemming from rural Texas. Beginning with stylized pencil drawings and portraits and now exploring the freedom of watercolor adds to the nature, Joe incorporates the mediums to join the outdoors and remembrance of time gone by. Whether portraits of old homesteads, historic building structures, still life or other specific portrait requests, there is always a story to tell. Locally his works can be found at several galleries throughout Texas.
