Fiesta Winery
Fiesta Vineyard & Winery is nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country at Bend along the Colorado River. We have been blessed with our ranch that has been in our family for six generations.
Salado Winery Co.
We make wine. We offer tastings, wine by the glass, case or more to satisfy your Texas-sized thirst, since 2005. We’ve also been growing grapes all that time in our vineyard on Hill Road, Salado. We sell other wines as well. We have an art gallery with rotating exhibits. Special events, park-like setting and free parking. Party room available for rental. No alcoholic beverages allowed unless it is the Texas wine that we sold you.

Pilot Knob Vineyards
Pilot Knob Vineyard encompasses 112 acres in the Texas Hill Country, just 2.5 miles west of US 183, 14 miles north of Liberty Hill and only 50 miles north of downtown Austin. Pilot Knob sits on the edge of a sweeping ridgeline, overlooking lightly treed rolling hills sloping downward with panoramic hill country views reaching as far as 15 miles. The terrain of the site provides gradual undulations, with elevations from 1,151 feet above sea level to 1,100 feet at its furthest southwest and southeast corners. Spring of 2011, our Tasting Room/Event Area was developed on the site, and the fruits of our labor (so to speak) are now being processed into a wine that can make Texas proud.
Wine Tastings 2015 : PK Cuvee, Viognier, Franco Rojo, Franco Rojo Reserve.
Valley Mills Vineyards
In the spring of 2007, we planted our first two grapevine varietals on a rocky hillside in Valley Mills, Texas. Our vines flourished in this fossil embedded soil. In late 2010, we opened our Winery and Tasting room (halfway between Valley Mills and Waco). We are now growing world class grapes and producing great Texas wines.
Wine Tastings 2015 : Sweetheart, Vermentino, Tempranillo, GSL
Dionisio Winery
Dionisio Winery is located in Houston and opened January 2012, located off I-59 in a small shopping center. Fruit wines are traditionally not given a lot of respect among true oenophiles. But Dionisio Winery is looking to change that perception. The East Downtown (EaDo) wine maker and bar specializes in vintages like black raspberry merlot, blueberry pinot noir and green apple Riesling. http://www.dionisiowinery.com/
