Born out of our love of fine wines, Silver Dollar Winery has become the premiere location for Custom Texan Wine in the Heart of Bedford Texas. The owners Richard and Melanie Bowen seek pristine grapes and work closely with skilled growers to blend the best custom wine to serve to our friends and customers.
Our goal is to establish and build a reputation for award-winning Texas Wines. Our dream began with a love of wine and then blossomed into our current dream. The next step is furthering our love of wine and bringing our custom Texas Wine to you from our fun and friendly winery in Bedford..
Our vineyards for our red wines/varietals are located in West Texas in the Brownfield area and our vineyards for our white varietals come from North Texas area near Bonham Texas. It is also our goal to support and grow local Texas wines. We will offer wines from select vineyards to help promote the Love of Texas Wine!
Texas South Wind Vineyard and Winery is nestled between two historic towns, Refugio and Goliad, Texas, on Alternate 77/ Hwy. 183. The winery and vineyard are situated on 145 acres of beautiful ranch land that is only reminiscent of South Texas.
The winery and vineyard are family owned and operated, and it is the goal of the family to produce exquisite white, red, fruit and dessert wines. All of our wines are aged in stainless or glass and some of our red wines are aged with French Oak. The sight, smell and taste is by far the most important to us in creating a beautiful wine.
At Los Pinos we strive to make the best wines possible from grapes grown in our vineyards, but never do we lose sight of just having fun. It’s why Los Pinos Winery was designed to be a safe haven where thoughtful people can hang out and relax, enjoy an unhurried glass of wine listening to Jazz, while snacking on Chef Dana’s delicious Tapas!
Fiesta Vineyard & Winery is nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country at Bend along the Colorado River. We have been blessed with our ranch that has been in our family for six generations.
We make wine. We offer tastings, wine by the glass, case or more to satisfy your Texas-sized thirst, since 2005. We’ve also been growing grapes all that time in our vineyard on Hill Road, Salado. We sell other wines as well. We have an art gallery with rotating exhibits. Special events, park-like setting and free parking. Party room available for rental. No alcoholic beverages allowed unless it is the Texas wine that we sold you.
Salado Winery Co. is located at 841 N. Main St., Salado, TX. 1/4 mile off of I-35, exit 285
In the spring of 2007, we planted our first two grapevine varietals on a rocky hillside in Valley Mills, Texas. Our vines flourished in this fossil embedded soil. In late 2010, we opened our Winery and Tasting room (halfway between Valley Mills and Waco). We are now growing world class grapes and producing great Texas wines.

Pillar Bluff Vineyards received its bonding license in 1999 and opened the tasting room in 2002. Currently, they are producing 1,200 to 1,400 cases each year.
The tasting room is delightfully small with a wood tasting counter. The Tuscan yellow walls provide a warm feeling. A number of gift items are available for purchase. These include Riedel glasses, wine bags, cheese trays, wine bottle carriers, picnic bags and wine bottle tags.
A gazebo outside of the tasting room provides a great location for events among the vines. Gill has music events scheduled for every second Saturday throughout the year. The winery also has a Celtic event every Solstice. The pavilion is the site for weddings and other private events. Gill related the most satisfying day he ever had. As he looked towards the large gazebo, two or three couples were enjoying themselves and someone spontaneously picked up a guitar and started playing. What more can one ask for than a delightful afternoon in a vineyard with the gentle sound of music?
